Hot Gist
Renowned Afro Pop group of Nigerian and Ghanaian origin have claimed that the concept of their yet to be released single 'Mobile Money' has been stolen and used by Ghana's Hip Life artist known as Okyeame Kwame. RATM gossip has gathered that the song was produced by the same producer and that the producer(name withheld) first produced De Exit. RATM gossips also gathered that 'Mobile Money' by De Exit should have been released two months ago but was delayed because he(the producer) refused to give them(De Exit) the mastered copy due to the fact that the producer has disclosed the conceptual rhythm of the song 'Mobile Money' owned by De Exit to Okyeame Kwame who reluctantly accepted the offer. Note that Okyeame Kwame has released the song featuring the dancehall queen 'Ebony' with the same concept, same producer and same song title. So many questions to ask, questions like "Should musicians copy from each other?, Can they not be creative enough to compose new music for their fans? Should music producers expose the concept of musicians they have worked with to other musicians to copy or duplicate?" will this kind of attitude kill musicians career or will it enhance competition? RATM gossip leave all these answers for you to answer. RATM gossip caught up with one of the member of De Exit called 'Rain Afrca' and asked him what his thoughts were about all this, his response was simple, he said "We need to put a stop to all this unprofessional act in the music industry".
